Routinely living an active lifestyle can be tough, and we all rely on the support of family and friends to stick at new regimes. Getting active can be as much of a mental as well as physical challenge and as part of launching PACTIVE we’re encouraging everyone to get more ‘socially active’ and have fun in pursuit of a healthier life.
Being Socially Active is a big thing for us…it’s about inspiring others to join us in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle so that everyone benefits. Using PACTIVE to set simple challenges ( PACTS ) and inviting friends, family and even work colleagues to join in, we can encourage and motivate each other to achieve more and have fun at the same time.
